As an experienced real estate agent, I knew that there were many important factors to consider. For example, in HDB transactions, the buyer pays a $1,000 option fee and a $4,000 exercise fee, while for private resale condos, the buyer pays 1% for the option fee and 4% for the exercise fee. This is a significant difference, and if not handled correctly, it could cost my clients a hefty sum.

Thankfully, this was not the first time I had managed a situation like this. Through vigorous effort, I managed to find a suitable buyer for my client's HDB and was able to find a condo unit that they liked. I successfully secured a good price for them and managed to handle the timeline of both transactions concurrently. With my expertise and experience, I was able to provide my clients with a smooth and stress-free transaction.
